Camber Aeroparts Group has strategic partnership with our partners to manufacture parts based on drawings, reverse engineering etc as Build to Print (BTP) option(s). Our strategic collaborations are with specialized manufacturing partners located in India & abroad. Such partners are carefully chosen to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements & Outsourcing Agreements to protect the interest of our customers including IP Rights, own details and the partner inclusive.

Precision Manufacturing

The partners are accredited with AS 9100 and/or ISO 9001 and possess extensive experience in the Aerospace, Military, and Defense manufacturing sectors. These partners have their own machinery and facilities to meet precision requirements. We are capable of supporting the machining of Inconel, cast components, aluminium, titanium, and steel alloys. The sizes of parts can range from as small as 1 cubic centimetre to as large as 4-meter diameter rings made from forgings. Our partner capabilities include double column machines, VMCs, HMCs, and VTLs, which are available to manufacture components to perfection. The partners are capable of manufacturing, but are not limited to:

  • Fasteners: Nuts, Anchor nuts, rivets, washers, shear bolts / pin, Jo bolts, Allen & Hex bolts
  • jigs, fixtures & related tooling
  • Forged Aluminium Ring machining
  • Forged Titanium / Aluminium / Steel Alloy parts

Surface Treatments, Chemical Conversion Coatings & Painting:

We collaborate with strategic allies to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions tailored to the needs of clients in the Aerospace, Defense, and medical sectors, which include NDT, chemical processing, and painting. Our expertise ranges from individual projects to large-scale production, ensuring superior quality and compliance with standards. Our partners hold NADCAP and AS 9100 accreditations and are qualified by several major OEMs, including RTX Group, Airbus, Boeing, Honeywell, Elbit, ETON, Parker, and Triumph, among others. Fabrication of Assemblies:

We work in partnership with certified organizations for the manufacture of sheet metal parts and the fabrication of welded, riveted, or mechanical assemblies as required for a diverse range of customers across various industries. We provide skilled manpower for structural assembly work, MRO/aviation repairs, etc., through our partner organizations. The scope of our portfolio includes, but is not limited to:
  • Light Alloy Structural Assembly to support aviation / aircraft / aerospace
  • Sheet metal fabrication and assemblies
  • Medical equipment
  • Automotive related
  • EV Charging stations including casting, machining and mechanical assembly of parts
